ways to mend a broken heart #43

Buddha's wisdom can inspire us all. Wise Buddha has said " Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate your mind on the present moment." When our hearts have been broken all we tend to do is constantly relive the past. What went wrong, what could i have done differently and so on. LET IT GO ( your pain ) it belongs where it is, in the past. Live for today.
