ways to mend a broken heart #18

Spend time alone. Sometimes your family and friends feel that because you are so depressed being alone is the worst thing you could do. I think it's good for you. It allows you time to sort out your emotions, cry if you need to , feel sorry for yourself( but only for 5 minutes ), get mad and yell and because you are in the privacy of your own home no-one will think you've lost your mind. Quiet time to yourself is necessary to mend your broken heart.
