ways to mend a broken heart #40


Take a quiet, peaceful walk. Nothing clears your mind better then enjoying nature. You pick your favorite spot. Maybe it's a walk on the beach, feeling the wet sand between your toes. For others it could be a hike in the mountains. Either way you pick, take in the fresh air, soak up some sun , remember vitamin d will always lift your spirits.
