ways to mend a broken heart #28

If you need to, then cry some more. It's okay to admit to yourself that it's really not that easy to get over someone you truly loved. So cry some more, get it out, feel and acknowledge the pain so you can deal with it and move on. Remember crying is not a sign of weakness but a sign that you are alive and even though sometimes pain can make you feel like you are dying inside, it is the pain that you are working through that make you stronger and more confident and eventually happy again.
